Accommodation
A range of room categories are available starting from Deluxe rooms which look out to either the hotel’s gardens, galleries or out to the city. Some Deluxe rooms have a balcony. Higher room categories are available such as Junior Suites, Suites, Presidential Suites and Royal Suites. Stays in Junior Suite categories and higher will also have daily complimentary access to the rooftop infinity pool along with pool concierge service at the Alis Bar as well as daily complimentary access to the Spa for a hydrotherapy circuit (applicable to adults only).
Living
Two outdoor pools available. One is located in the gardens of the hotel, with sun loungers and the other, an infinity pool, is located on the rooftop and is for adults only staying in Junior Suites or higher room categories. The Wellness and Spa area at the hotel offers a wide range of treatments and massages. The Spa also a heated indoor pool, thermal baths, saunas and ice fountains. There is also a fully equipped gym for guests use.
Concierge service is also available. They can assist with making restaurant reservations as well as suggesting and arranging activities and excursions around the city and local area.
Four restaurants, two of which are Michelin starred. ‘Poemas by Hermanos Padron’ is a Michelin starred restaurant and which offers innovative cooking, inspired by both local and international cuisines. ‘MuXgo, by Borja Marrero’ is the other Michelin starred restaurant and focuses on local produce and making Canarian dishes with a contemporary twist. ‘1890 La Bodeguita’ offers a more relaxed setting with tapas style dishes. ‘Doramas’ is the hotel’s buffet restaurant where breakfast can be taken on the terrace surrounded by greenery. There are also three bars, ‘Carabela Bar’ on the ground floor which often offers live music in the evenings, ‘Camarote’ which is next to the outdoor pool and then ‘Alis’ which is located on the rooftop.
