This is an absolute gem. Originally a 19th century private villa and was once the home of Croatian opera singer Tino Pattiera. Now a privately owned boutique hotel with stone balconies.

Accommodation

All rooms of different shapes and sizes due to heritage status of building. Some have terrace or balcony (on request). Deluxe rooms are bigger than others. These face the promenade. Some rooms can accommodate extra beds.

In the centre of Cavtat so expect to hear life going on around. Restaurant Dalmacija is à la carte. Breakfast and half board, set menu dinner served here. Garden terrace. Promenade bar. Closest beach around five minute walk. Bus station and taxi-boat stops for Dubrovnik under five minutes. Beautiful property. Historically preserved building. Three floors. No lift. Villa Pattiera is located in a pedestrianised area. Your transfer will take you to the closest point which is the bus station from where it is a short walk.
